We offer the following services for selected areas in Hoke County:

  • Weekly Residential and Small business Garbage Collection
  • Valet Service – We will come and get your garbage for you.
  • Clean A Can Service – We will clean and deodorize your can.

Once you order service, your collection schedule is assigned.

Our rates depend on your preferences, locations, pay options, and services requested.

Yes. We offer a special pick-up service to our customers by appointment. There is a $10 minimum fee to visit your location, and then a price is given for the service. (Please call the office)

We do collect rubbish; however, we ask that you call the office to notify and check to price.

Garbage must be out the night before your collection day. Collectors are not allowed to wait for customers to bring out the garbage, and due to the possibility of route changes, a specific time for individual service is not guaranteed or predicted.

Sharing garbage service is prohibited. If suspected, services will not be rendered.

We DO NOT accept tires, automobile batteries, firewood, tree limbs, toilet stools, furniture, appliances, swimming pool liners, etc… (All items not listed: collector’s judgment).

Payment is due the 15th of the month prior to the month of service. A late fee of $5 for residential customers and $10 for commercial customers is due if not by the 1st of the service month.

We prepare our route in advance for monthly customers, and daily for new customers.

No, our rates are not prorated, however at times we are able to consider the number of pickups that are remaining in the month, but there are many factors that determine the initial fee, i.e., how much garbage is to be collected, how old the garbage is, administrative fees, etc.

Yes, once requested, all refunds will be based on the base rate of service. Cancellation of service must be made prior to the 1st of the next service month. Garbage and Recycling container(s) must be left clean and empty for pick up.

Yes; however, customers are responsible for payments reaching the office. We prefer that all payments be mailed to the office, paid online or by phone.
