Thank you for allowing us to service your sanitation needs, and welcome to our AOK family.

AOK Sanitation Service Notification and Terms of Service:

  • Your paying for services, serves as a prepaid service agreement that locks in your rate for the duration of your prepaid billing cycle.
  • Refunds are permitted by request, if and only if you, the customer, relocates outside of AOK Sanitation’s service area.
  • A minimum $10.00 administration fee will be charged on any remaining prepaid balance that must be refunded.
  • No partial monthly refunds will be granted, so if you move, please call to cancel service at the end of a service month as oppose to a new service month. Once a service month starts we charge for the whole month. There are no prorations.
  • Please make sure to bag all of your household garbage in standard garbage
    bags and close tightly.
  • Place your bags in the provided AOK garbage can with the lid completely closed.
  • Any garbage outside of your can is subject to an additional charge.
  • Your service day will be assigned according to our route, so please place your can curbside by midnight the night before. (Your can handle should be closes to your home and the lip at the curbside)
  • To sign up for auto pay, visit www.trashbilling.com and enter your web id. This number will be listed on your emailed receipt.
